1. How long does it take for a contract to become unfulfilled?

A daily contract will become breached after 24 hours. A weekly contract will become breached after 7 days.

2. Can I delete a contract?

You can tear up a contract, which is equivalent to deleting it. You only have one chance to do this per week.
